PORTSMOUTH A substitute teacher was arrested as she was leaving school Friday evening, according to a news release. Tena Lin Neese Artise, 22, was charged with burglary, abduction/kidnapping and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony from an incident that occurred Oct. 21. Artise, of the 800 block of Brighton St., worked at Douglas Park Elementary School.
